Q: Are all of your classes American Heart Association approved?
A: Yes! All of Saving Chicago CPR’s classes are AHA approved and taught by AHA Instructors.
Q: When will I receive my CPR, ACLS or PALS card?
A: You will receive your AHA Card at the end of the course, the day of the course.
Q: How long is my AHA card valid for?
A: All American Heart cards (CPR, ACLS, PALS) are valid for 2 years.
Q: Do I have to register ahead of time for a class?
A: Yes, you must register 24 hours before a class starts to attend.
Q: What if I need an AHA card now?
A: Please contact us ASAP, so we can arrange an immediate class for you.
Q: How can I cancel my class/refund policy:
A: Any cancelation is subject to a $25 cancelation fee. ($15 for CPR courses). If you cancel within 72 hours of your class, you will be charged 25% of your fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class, no refund will be given. You will be allowed one reschedule of your originally selected class date. You must make a reschedule apointment within 10 minutes of the start of your original class time.
